Terms of Service

By accessing or using Traxe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Traxe is a personal trading journal and analytics tool. It allows you to log trades, track discipline metrics, and analyze performance. Traxe does not execute trades, provide financial advice, or connect to your brokerage account. You choose which broker export files, if any, to import.

Traxe is not a financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. Past performance of logged trades does not guarantee future results.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately at kamyabmahdioun77@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Traxe.

You own your trade data. Traxe stores it in Supabase (PostgreSQL) on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export your data from Settings and request account deletion from Settings or through the contact address below.

By using the Service you grant Traxe a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (b) use the Service to harass or harm others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; (d) upload malicious code.

Traxe is currently offered as a free beta and does not require payment details. If paid plans are enabled later, the price, billing period, cancellation terms and any trial conditions will be shown before you purchase. Payments will be processed by Stripe.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account through Settings when in-app deletion is available, or submit a verified deletion request by email. We process account deletion requests without undue delay, subject to any retention required by law or needed to resolve security and abuse incidents.

Traxe is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
